Social Media Auditor

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Auditor with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Social Media Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and analysing social media strategies, content, and campaigns to ensure they align with performance goals and best practices. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide insights for optimization and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Developing Social Media Audits: Assist in creating strategies to audit existing social media profiles, content calendars, and campaigns to ensure effective audience engagement.
  • Crafting Compelling Content Audits: Review and analyse the performance of videos, photos, infographics, and text posts, providing suggestions for improvement to align with brand objectives.
  • Social Media Profile Management: Evaluate the management of the company’s social media profiles, ensuring content is posted regularly and follows platform best practices.
  • Engaging with Customers on Different Channels: Monitor responses to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, ensuring they reflect the brand’s voice and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Analysing Running Campaigns: Track performance metrics, monitor engagement, and assess the success of ongoing campaigns. Provide insights and adjustments to optimize results.
  • Staying on Top of the Latest Social Media Trends: Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates, helping to assess and adapt strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Content Creation Review: Assist in reviewing content creation processes, including shooting and basic editing, ensuring content meets the brand’s quality and messaging standards.
  • Client Management: Work with clients to audit their social media strategies, recommend improvements, and share monthly reports, content calendars, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media auditing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ability to assess social media content and campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with content creation, including video production, photography, and basic editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot areas for improvement in social media efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive attitude toward learning and staying updated on industry trends.
