What You Will Be Doing (Aapka Kaam)
This is a senior role. You are not just following orders; you are leading the charge!
- The Keyword Khiladi (Player): Lead top-to-bottom keyword research to find the sweet spots and ensure Flora Fountain is ranking for the right terms. You will be the mastermind behind our organic growth.
- The Technical Ustaad (Master): Take charge of technical SEO audits. You’ll work with our developers like a boss to fix site speed, crawl issues, and all the galeez (messy) stuff that bothers Google.
- The Content Sutradhar (Director): Team up with our writers to plan SEO-first content strategies. Every blog post, every product description—it must be optimized like a VIP entry pass for search engines.
- The Analytics Genius: You won’t just look at Google Analytics and Search Console; you’ll dominate them. We need insights, not just reports. Convert data into actionable SEO plans—the kind that makes the traffic meter ring like a cash register!
- The Link-Building Sikandar (Conqueror): Strategize and execute clever, quality link-building campaigns. No fokat (useless) links. Only the best for our domain authority!
What You Bring to the Game (The Must-Haves)
- 2+ years of solid, successful, hands-on experience in SEO. You must have a portfolio that makes us say, “Wah! Kya Kaam Hai!”
- A current, razor-sharp understanding of all Google algorithm updates—you know the khel (game) better than the rest.
- Expert knowledge of key SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and a deep love for data analysis.
- The ability to explain complex technical stuff in simple, normy terms.
- Total Ownership: You are a self-starter. You don’t wait for work; you find it and fix it. You have that “Can Do” attitude!
- Big Plus: If you have experience with e-commerce or handling SEO for big international markets.
