What You’ll Do
- Own live campaigns end to end on Google Ads and Meta Ads, from setup and audience targeting to bidding, budget allocation, and daily optimisation
- Manage real client budgets across multiple accounts and industries, and make independent calls on what to scale, pause, or test, not just execute someone else’s plan
- Dig into performance data daily, including CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, and turn those numbers into clear next steps rather than just reports
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and ad copy to keep improving performance, and document what works so it can be reused across accounts
- Brief and work closely with the design and content team on ad creatives and copy, reviewing drafts with a performance lens so they actually stop the scroll and convert
- Prepare and present campaign reports to clients or leadership that explain not just what happened, but why, and what’s being done about it
- Keep track of platform updates and industry shifts as they happen, like Google and Meta algorithm changes, new ad formats, or privacy changes, and adjust strategy before performance takes a hit
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including pixels, GA4, and tags, so every decision is backed by accurate data
- Take part in client strategy conversations and bring platform-level insight that helps shape the bigger account plan, not just individual campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience running live ad campaigns, not just supporting or reporting on someone else’s
- Practical experience managing real ad budgets on both Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Comfortable reading performance data and making optimisation decisions on your own
- Working knowledge of ad copywriting and creative direction. You don’t need to design yourself, but you should know what makes an ad work
- Genuinely curious about platform updates and industry trends, and what’s actually working right now
- Strong communication skills, since you’ll be working directly with clients and internal teams
Good to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Exposure to GA4, Google Tag Manager, or LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with international or higher budget accounts
