Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in various administrative and recruitment tasks, assist in the hiring process, and contribute to the overall development of HR strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate communication with candidates, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Day-to-Day HR Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and documentation management.
- Help onboard new employees by preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Microsoft Tools Utilization:
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and creating presentations.
- Assist in creating and managing HR-related documents, spreadsheets, and reports to support HR functions.
- Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
- Provide input on improving HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and human resource management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel (experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
