- HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate HR-related records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and company compliance requirements.
- Time & Attendance Management
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and leaves through HRM systems.
- Report discrepancies and ensure discipline in reporting and time management.
- HRM Management
- Maintain updated HRM data and records.
