Salary Management: Ensuring timely preparation of monthly salary sheets and obtaining approval from the reporting manager.
Employee Relations: Conducting exit interviews and using feedback to improve retention strategies.
Minimizing grievances and maintaining healthy relationships with employees.
Handling of HR-related documentation and records.
Time Management: Being timely in office arrival and reporting daily tasks promptly.
HRM Management: Using and maintaining accurate HRM records and promptly reporting any bugs.
Admin and Operations: Ensuring smooth company operations and handling administrative tasks.
