Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance websites.
Implement web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while adhering to coding best practices.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate closely with designers to bring their vision to life, providing input on technical aspects and feasibility.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and design, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and performance across various browsers and devices.
Requirements:
Some experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of design thinking and a keen eye for UI/UX design principles.
