Review ongoing brand performance, content quality, and campaign outcomes to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas of improvement. - Collaborating to Create Insight-Led Content Calendars:
Work closely with content, design, and performance teams to develop data-backed, insight-driven content calendars aligned with brand objectives and audience behavior. - Leading & Mentoring the Social Media Team:
Guide, support, and mentor account executives and team members, ensuring clarity in roles, accountability, and continuous skill development. - Tracking Deliverables, Checklists & Seasonal Opportunities:
Monitor all deliverables, open action items, and timelines while proactively planning for key festivals, launches, and seasonal opportunities. - Preparing Performance Reports & Client Discussions:
