Account Manager – Performance Marketing

  • Strategic Account Management:
    Own and manage assigned Meta performance marketing accounts end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, revenue goals, and scalable growth.
  • Client Liaison & Relationship Building:
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through regular performance discussions, expectation setting, and transparent communication.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving & Crisis Handling:
    Proactively identify and resolve performance challenges such as rising CPAs, ad fatigue, learning phase issues, tracking discrepancies, or account restrictions.
  • Translating Client Briefs into Meta/Google Ads Performance Strategies:
    Convert client goals into actionable Meta ad strategies, defining campaign structures, objectives, budgets, audiences, creatives, and success metrics.
  • Evaluating Scope vs. Delivery Across Accounts:
    Ensure agreed scope, budgets, and deliverables are met while balancing performance outcomes and resource allocation.
  • Conducting Strategic Meta/Google Ads Account Audits:
    Perform regular audits of Meta ad accounts to evaluate campaign structure, audience health, creative performance, funnel efficiency, and overall ROAS.
  • Collaborating on Insight-Led Creative & Funnel Strategies:
    Work closely with creative, copy, and performance teams to develop data-driven creatives, hooks, and landing-page recommendations based on Meta insights.
  • Leading & Mentoring the Account Team:
    Guide and mentor account executives and junior team members on Meta best practices, optimization frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Tracking Deliverables, Experiments & Seasonal Opportunities:
    Manage optimization checklists, A/B testing roadmaps, scaling plans, and seasonal or launch-driven opportunities.
  • Preparing Performance Reports & Client Reviews:
    Prepare detailed Meta performance reports covering KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion volume, and funnel performance, and present insights to clients.
  • Competitor & Category Analysis:
    Analyze competitor ad strategies, creatives, and category trends using Meta Ad Library and performance benchmarks to identify opportunities.
  • Ownership of Meta Campaigns & Product Launches:
    Take full ownership of planning, execution, scaling, and optimization of Meta ad campaigns for product launches and growth initiatives.
  • End-to-End Responsibility for Meta Ads Execution:
    Oversee everything from account setup, pixel/CAPI alignment (in coordination with tech teams), audience creation, creative testing, budget scaling, and ongoing optimization.

Driving Account Growth with Clear KPIs:
Drive sustainable growth by defining and improving KPIs, and conversion rates through structured Meta performance strategies.
