Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts with a strategic mindset, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term account health.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, building strong, professional relationships through clear communication and proactive coordination.
- Support strategic problem-solving and assist in handling escalations or crisis situations by identifying issues early and coordinating timely resolutions.
- Translate client briefs, feedback, and business objectives into clear, actionable internal directions for creative, content, performance, and design teams.
- Evaluate project scope versus delivery timelines across all assigned brands, ensuring commitments are realistic, aligned, and met consistently.
- Conduct regular strategic audits of brand performance, content output, and campaign effectiveness to identify gaps, improvements, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop insight-led content calendars that align with brand goals, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
- Support senior team members in guiding, coordinating, and mentoring junior account team members where required.
- Track all deliverables, open checklists, approvals, and key seasonal or campaign-based opportunities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist in preparing detailed performance reports, analysing data and insights, and participating in client discussions to explain outcomes and next steps.
- Conduct competitor and category analysis to derive actionable insights that strengthen brand positioning and content strategy.
- Take ownership of assigned brand campaigns and product launches, coordinating execution across teams and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage social media calendars end-to-end for assigned brands, including planning, coordination, approvals, and execution.
- Contribute to account growth by supporting upsell opportunities, meeting defined KPIs, and executing strategic initiatives under guidance from senior leadership.
