Their competitors were well-established names with strong brand recall and loyal customer base making it hard for Vimal Oil to carve its space in the market with a unique positioning. They also lacked a proper social media strategy to connect with their customers online. While they were already running a campaign called Change for Health, it lacked execution and reach. That’s when we stepped in to rewrite the narrative and help Vimal Oil stand out.
The Change for Health campaign had a meaningful idea— encouraging people to rotate their cooking oils for better health. However, it was just a hashtag with no real engagement. We took the idea and gave it structure, explaining the benefits of switching oils regularly through engaging content.

This involved a series of DVCs (digital video commercials) to showcase how small changes, like switching to Vimal Oil, can make a big difference. For instance, one memorable DVC featured a healthy grandfather outpacing a younger man during a walk, illustrating the results that come with positive change. The campaign resonated deeply. And the buzz was undeniable—people in Ahmedabad started noticing the brand.
Vimal Oil’s unique Nutrition Retention Technology was a standout feature, but it was underutilised. We brought it to the forefront in their social media and website content, turning it into a compelling reason for customers to choose Vimal Oil over competitors.
