Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars
- Create and manage engaging content (videos, photos, text posts, reels)
- Post regularly across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Engaging with Customers on Different Channels: Responding to comments, messages, inquiries from followers and manage google my business.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
- Coordinate with clients: plan strategies, share calendars, reports, and meeting MOMs
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for seamless execution
- Audit accounts weekly/monthly and set processes for smooth workflows
- Support team growth through upskilling and a positive work environment
- Take initiative in the absence of team members and follow up with clients when needed
Requirements:
- 0.6 to 1 year of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of major platforms & best practices
- Basic video/photo editing and content creation skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and strategy planning
- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
