Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager- Social Media to plan,
develop, and execute comprehensive social media strategies. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in content creation, audience engagement, and
campaign management, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively
with clients. You will be responsible for managing the company’s social media
presence across various platforms, driving brand awareness, and optimizing
campaigns for maximum engagement and performance.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Developing Social Media: Create strategies, content calendars, and
campaign ideas to engage the audience effectively.
Crafting Compelling Content: Oversee or develop videos, photos, infographics, and
text posts that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Posting Content Across Social Media Accounts: Manage the company’s social media
profiles and ensure timely and consistent updates.
Engaging with Customers on Different Channels: Respond to comments, messages,
and inquiries from followers. Manage the company’s Google My Business profile.
Analysing Running Campaigns: Monitor performance metrics, track engagement,
and adjust strategies based on insights.
Staying on Top of Social Media Trends: Keep up with industry changes and
emerging trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Content Creation: Participate in shooting and basic editing of content to ensure high-
quality visuals and messaging.
Managing Clients: Coordinate regularly with clients to research, plan strategies, run
campaigns, and share monthly content calendars and reports.
Team Leadership: Develop and oversee the social media strategy, set goals and
deadlines for the team, and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Brand Awareness: Cultivate brand and product awareness through positive online
reputation management.
Social Media Monitoring: Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and monitor key
social media metrics to ensure campaign success.
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and current trends.
Experience in content creation, including photography, video production, and basic
editing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social media marketing.
