HR Executive

Key responsibility areas 

Recruitment and Selection: work on quality hiring.

Employee Engagement: conducting different learning and fun activities.

Performance Management:Ensuring timely completion of performance appraisals for all employees.

Compensation and Benefits: Monitoring and addressing employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits.

Salary Management:  Ensuring timely preparation of monthly salary sheets and obtaining approval from the reporting manager.

Employee Relations: Conducting exit interviews and using feedback to improve retention strategies.

Minimizing grievances and maintaining healthy relationships with employees.

Handling of HR-related documentation and records.

Time Management: Being timely in office arrival and reporting daily tasks promptly.

HRM Management: Using and maintaining accurate HRM records and promptly reporting any bugs.

Admin and Operations: Ensuring smooth company operations and handling administrative tasks.
