The Role in a Nutshell
You’ll be the creative engine behind our highest-performing campaigns. Your job is to stop the scroll, spark curiosity, and drive action across Meta, Google, TikTok, and high-converting landing pages.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Hook ‘Em Fast: Write headlines and ad hooks that make people stop mid-scroll and think, “I need that.”
- A/B Test Everything: You don’t get married to your first draft. You write five variations, look at the data, and double down on the winner.
- Master the Click: Craft landing page copy that flows like a conversation and ends with a “Buy Now” (or “Sign Up”) click.
- Psychology Over Prose: Use direct-response principles to tap into human desires, fears, and motivations.
- Collaborate: Work with our design and media buying teams to ensure the visual and the “vibes” match your words.
- Scripts & Stories: Catch attention, retain, create value and sell. Showcase your storytelling skills and mix psychology and social media knowledge.
