Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Social Media Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage and enhance our social media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing content, engaging with customers, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to drive brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Developing Social Media: Create strategies, content calendars, and campaign ideas to effectively engage the target audience and drive results.
- Crafting Compelling Content: Develop or oversee the creation of engaging videos, photos, infographics, and text posts that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Posting Content Across Social Media Accounts: Manage and update the company’s social media profiles, ensuring that content is posted timely and consistently.
- Engaging with Customers on Different Channels: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers across social media platforms. Manage and update the company’s Google My Business profile.
- Analysing Running Campaigns: Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize future campaigns and improve results.
- Staying on Top of the Latest Social Media Trends: Keep updated on social media trends, emerging technologies, and platform changes to ensure the company’s strategy is innovative and effective.
- Content Creation: Be hands-on in shooting and editing basic content, ensuring it meets brand standards and resonates with the target audience.
- Managing Clients: Coordinate with clients regularly, conduct research, develop strategies, run campaigns, and share monthly content calendars and performance reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation, including video production, photography, and basic editing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a team.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
