Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Designer to lead and execute design projects across a variety of platforms. You will play a key role in developing high-quality design solutions that align with client objectives, from concept to final delivery. This role involves collaborating with clients, creative teams, and account managers to bring innovative design ideas to life, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client objectives and brand standards.
- Client and Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and goals, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with expectations.
- Develop Design Concepts: Create and present design concepts, mood boards, prototypes, and design solutions for client approval.
- Branding and Marketing Materials: Design and oversee the creation of branding materials such as logos, brochures, advertisements, digital content, and other marketing collateral that align with the client’s brand identity.
- Consistency and Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project goals, maintaining high standards of design quality throughout the creative process.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback, fostering professional growth, and supporting their design development.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with current design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce innovative ideas and techniques to the team and clients.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong experience in creating branding materials, digital content, and marketing collateral.
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
- Experience in mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
